Board Of Directors

Spruce Credit Union is a member-owned Financial Institution governed by a Board of Directors.  The Board of Director duties and responsibilities include corporate governance, monitoring Credit Union progress, strategic planning and government regulatory obligations.  The Board of Directors are elected from the general membership and hold the interests of the members foremost in their decisions.

Directors are required to take mandatory education courses through the Credit Union Director Achievement program to help them understand the complex role they undertake.

The 9 Directors sit on a variety of committees including Investment and Lending; Conduct Review; Audit; HR Governance Committee and various other Ad Hoc committees.
